LOGGING ONTO LANDGAZETTE

 

There are two types of users that may log into LandGazette:

1.      Registered Users

2.      Guest Users

 

Registered Users must go through a registration process and pay a registration fee.  This would be recommended for users who plan to use LandGazette to perform multiple searches against the Cadastral Fabric Database.

 

Guest Users require no registration process and can begin using LandGazette immediately.  This would be recommended for our users performing single or small numbers of searches for land documentation against the Cadastral Fabric Database.

To log in as a Guest User:

Follow the steps outlined below to log onto LandGazette as a guest user.  See Figure1-1 above showing the LOGIN BOX.

 

1.      Click the text “Log in as a Guest”.  Do not worry about typing in a username or password.  Wait for the screen to refresh after clicking and the guest username and password will be automatically filled in.

 

2.      Click the checkbox next to the text “I agree to the Terms and Conditions.” to accept the terms and conditions set out for the usage of LandGazette.

 

3.      To view the terms and conditions click directly on the text “Terms and Conditions” and wait for a window to appear that displays the terms and conditions.  Note:  The terms and conditions may also be viewed below.

 

4.      Click the “Log In” button to log onto LandGazette.

 

To log in as a Registered User:

Follow the steps outlined below to log onto LandGazette as a registered user.  See Figure 1-1 above showing the LOGIN BOX.

 

Note: To login a as a registered user, the registration process must have been previously completed.  To begin the registration process click the word “Register” beneath the log in button.  Help will be provided on the registration page.

 

1.      Type your user name in the Username text box.

 

2.      Type your password in the Password text box.  The password is Case Sensitive, be sure to check upper and lower case characters that are typed.  The password will not be displayed as the characters typed, the actual characters will be masked.

 

3.      Click the checkbox next to the text “I agree to the Terms and Conditions.” to accept the terms and conditions set out for the usage of LandGazette.

 

4.      To view the terms and conditions click directly on the text “Terms and Conditions” and wait for a window to appear that displays the terms and conditions.  Note:  The terms and conditions may also be viewed below.

 

5.      Click the “Log In” button to log onto LandGazette.
